There are no returns or exchanges on Medicines, Live Animals, Live Plants, Traps or Pharmaceuticals.

Excluding the items listed above, there is a 30-day Limit on exchanges or refunds.  No Exchanges or Refunds after 30 days from the purchase date.

All exchanges or refunds much be accompanied by the sales receipt & product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.

If in the event of a defect, a manager will review the product and decide appropriate action. With a defect the customer has 30 days from date of purchase to bring any suspected or alleged defect to the attention of Shell’s Feed & Garden Supply, Inc. by visiting the store with the receipt and product in hand.
