Buy & Fly Program Information

Hello!

As you know we pride ourselves in knowledgeable staff and fantastic customer service, such as helping with product recommendations and loading heavy items like bags of feed into your vehicles for you.  Now we are taking it one step further with the ability to Buy Online and Pick Up In-Store, which we have deemed our Buy & Fly Program.

Here are the program guidelines for Buy & Fly Program:

  • Our Buy & Fly Program allows our customers to purchase and pay for items you would like to buy from us, and then quickly receive them when you arrive at our store.
  • We require a minimum of 1 hour to pull the order you have placed before you can pick it up. This allows us to have time to service the customers shopping in our store as well as offering this convenient method to shop and pick up to our Buy & Fly Program users.
  • Customers will need identification and purchase receipt to pick up the items ordered.  Identification presented must match the Billing Name on the order unless noted otherwise (see next item).
  • If someone else other than the person listed as the Billing Name is picking up the order, the purchaser will need to note the first and last name of the person picking up in the field indicated in the order, and provide a copy of the receipt to that person to show at time of pickup.
    • Disclaimer: If permission is given by the Purchaser for a person other than the Purchaser identified in the Billing Name section of the order details to pick up the order, and Shell’s Feed & Garden Supply, Inc. releases that order per the instructions given by the purchaser in the order within the guidelines specified above, Shell’s Feed & Garden Supply, Inc. at that point is no longer liable for receipt of the order contents by the Purchaser from the person picking up the order.  Purchaser takes responsibility at that time for ensuring that the person picking up the order delivers the order to the Purchaser.
  • Products listed in our Shop area are available for the Buy & Fly Program unless they are labeled as a Pre-Order item.
  • Pre-Order items are not available in the store and are sales for a future availability date.  Please contact us at the store directly if you have questions about Pre-Order availability, (813) 932-9775.
  • Buy & Fly Program order cutoff for same business day pickup is 3:00 pm on weekdays, and 12:00pm on Saturdays.  The store closes at 5:30 pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on Saturdays.  There is a field in the checkout area to state when you are picking up your order as well, and we encourage you to use this field to let us know when you will be arriving to pick up at the time you place the order.
  • If you advise in order notes that you are picking up at a certain time, and that time needs to be changed to an earlier time after the order has been received, please call the store at (813) 932-9775 to advise us, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.  Please know that it’s possible that we may not be able to meet the new time, but we will always do our best to do so.  If we cannot meet it, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm Monday – Friday or after 12:00 pm Saturday will be available by 9 am the next business day.  This excludes orders placed during holidays when the store is closed.
